The purpose of World FM Day is to celebrate and highlight the importance of the FM profession. It aims to raise the profile of FM around the globe, promoting facilities management’s ideals, not only within the profession and industry, but also among governments and the general business community.

This year on the 17th May 2017, World FM day will be taking place with the theme being ‘enabling positive experiences’ with the idea being to highlight just how integral FM is across all sectors. 

To celebrate this, we will be holding a competition running from 17th May 2017 to 24th May 2017 whereby anyone that submits us FM vacancies or submits a successful candidate referral will be automatically entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a meal for two at the Ned London to the value of £250!

Operations Director
Salary: £85K plus excellent package
Availability: 4 weeks  

  • Currently overseeing a luxury residential portfolio in central London and leading new prime/super prime property acquisitions, from due diligence to final transition 
  • Opened largest branded residences in Europe and within Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group – including management and concepts of exclusive F&B outlets (pre/post –opening)
  • Overseen completion of One Hyde Park, London, ultra prime development with Candy & Candy, 1.15 billion – created the service charge model and cost reduced while maintaining 5 star services

Salary: £85/90k plus excellent package

  • I have just started working with an outstanding Bid Director with exemplary experience in the private and public sector. Full responsibility for Bid management functions and overall output of all tender actively. 
  • Experience in Retention for renewals, New Business wins, Consistent and strong messages within tender submissions, ensure all bid teams aligned to strategy pipeline governance. 
  • Proven experience property management, FM and Estate strategy to clients such as Central and Local Government, Housing Associations and blue chip organisations.

Bid Writer

We are seeking a Bid and Pricing Coordinator to provide support to the business across three locations in the UK (London, Rainham and Leeds).
Reporting directly into the Bid Manager this role will have responsibility for assisting the bid team in writing and pricing tenders and bids.  Our client is a workplace integrator that plans, creates and supplys cohesive furniture, technology and service solutions.
Experience: 2-4 years' work experience in pricing, preferably in the consumer goods, retail or B2B industry. Excellent excel and financial modelling skills is a MUST!
