Having built strategies and concepts, I am financially astute and able to build business cases, models and reporting tools. I live and breathe food on all levels, and am constantly seeking out new ideas and trends. From street food markets to fine dining, the focus of my explorations is always quality, honesty and passion. I strongly believe that the marriage of those three elements is what makes a product or a concept elevate itself and succeed in an ever-changing market.
I use my findings as inspiration for constant progression, and new ideas to lead both people and business development.

My approach in leading people and business is based on core values of honesty, open communication, trust and knowledge. Building trust and strong relationships with colleagues, key stakeholders, clients and suppliers is key to leading a successful, healthy and long term sustainable business. Development projects and change management
I have been one of the driving forces behind the creative and logistical development of several concepts, ranging from small standalone restaurants and hotels to multi-unit chains such as Strada and private islands in the Mediterranean. These roles have demanded a wide range of professional as well as personal qualifications, a strong and focused attention to detail, adaptability and rigorous planning.
From initial concept development, design through to execution I have opened multiple venues and built successful teams, achieved through meticulous planning, recruitment, engagement, and training.
