This is a great opportunity for a qualified Pastry Chef to join this wonderful business and work with one of the UK’s most recognized pastry chefs
This great kitchen is creating and developing some amazing product for their international business and is looking for someone with flair, creativity and the desire to take their pastry skills to the next level under the tutelage of the Creative Chef.
Reporting to the Creative chef (head pastry chef)
Manage the Development/production kitchen and be able to consistently produce high quality, high volume goods and specialities
A fast-paced environment with strong structure and service ethic
Fully operational, 'hands-on' position
Fun environment with the good working culture
Managing your time between developing yourself and the team around you
Adapting to a fresh product, currently unrivalled in the UK market
Learn from one of the best in the industry
A pastry chef who is fun, friendly and outgoing and who genuinely loves what they do
Experience working within a production style kitchen/5 star hotel/banqueting and or Michelin is high ly desired
A pastry chef who can think on their feet and drive for results!
