Business Development Manager – Drive new business and reputation in the recruitment sector – Old St, London

We are looking for an induvial with a strong proactive sales background, ideal from a hospitality of recruitment background. The role will be working alongside established, autonomous consultants, supporting new business development and client relationships.
CORE aims to provide a premium recruitment solution to it’s clients – covering middle management through to CEO level and all support functions,
Our consultants have an account management structure to best serve the needs of our clients, focusing on industry excellence and long lasting relationships.
The ideal Business development executive will be serious about their career while looking for a fun, inclusive working environment where they will have creativity and autonomous but also lots of support!
We are a very opened minded and flexible of career background, the most important things are personality and a strong knowledge of proactive sales.
The salary element is very much down to the individual’s performance – realistically we expect a minimum of £35,000 overall annual earnings in the first year but options to expand up to £50,000 pa.
